Record eye movements and participant interaction
Quick and automatic calibration procedure
Tobii Studio offers a number of options to easily, quickly, and robustly create eye-tracking calibrations. Since calibrations with the Tobii eye trackers are long lasting, each calibration is saved as a part of the participant’s personal profile and can be reused in later sessions. You can choose between a standard automatic process and a low attention (infant) calibration. A calibration plot shows the quality of the completed calibration.
Calibration in Tobii Studio™ takes only seconds, which provides extremely fast and easy test session setup. Calibrations on participants with low attention spans are also easily performed, and proper tracking capability is always verified.
Recording of eye gaze data
The following is recorded for each eye separately: eye gaze position, eye position, distance from eye tracker to eye, pupil size, time stamp for each data point and validity code.
More than gaze data is recorded
By recording many different sources and automatically synchronizing the data, Tobii Studio provides a complete view of the participant's behavior during the test. More than gaze data, Tobii Studio records stimuli, timestamps, logged events, screen content, key strokes, mouse clicks, web page transition and scrolling information, user camera and audio, scene camera and external video input.
Sophisticated filtering tools
Tobii Studio; automatically filters gaze data by calculating fixations or by using the input from monocular/binocular tracking. By filtering data points, data quality and reliability will increase significantly. Filtering also reduces data quantity for easier analysis.
