Join an on-line meeting
You have been invited to join an online meeting powered by Netviewer. Please download and run one of the programs below and have your session number provided by Tobii ready.
System requirements:
Windows PC, fast Internet connection, additionally you will need speakers and a microphone if you wish to be able to talk via the meeting software. You can perform a system test to check if your computer fulfills the requirements to run Netviewer Meet here.
Macintosh users can download the meeting software from here
Instructions:
1. Click on one of the links above to download the meeting software. If you are in the Americas please use the North American version. For Europe and the rest of the world please use the European version. Either run the .exe file immediately or first save it to your computer and then run it.
2. In the Start Session dialogue enter the session number provided by Tobii.
3. Click Connect to enter the session.
4. A Control panel will appear on the right hand side of the screen which contains various trays that can be opened and closed, dropped anywhere on the screen, and resized as desired.
5. If you wish to be able to talk via the software please have your microphone and speakers connected to your computer before you run the .exe file. In the meeting software be sure to turn on the VoIP function.
6. To exit the meeting, just close the program by clicking on the x in the top right corner.
