A number of leading communication packages have been MyTobii enabled. We have worked together with these partners to modify their software, so that it communicates directly with the MyTobii platform and allows the user to use MyTobii Direct Control for easier to use and more effective eye control.
Mind Express™
Mind Express is an easy to use computer program that has everything a speech therapist or teacher needs to create new communication grids and excercises. A huge variety of symbols, pictures, speech, music and sounds can be used to make interesting and stimulating methods of communication.
Symbols - They can be used to create communication grids and games and can also be supplemented with your own drawings, photos or new symbols. The symbols available include Rebus, PCS and Picture This.
Speech - A clear, high quality speech engine is available allowing text to be read out in an audible natural voice. Mind Express also has a built in grammer module, which guarantees automatic conjugations of verbs.
Accessibility - The symbols in Mind Express can be accessed via touch screen, mouse, trackball, joystick or switches, head tracking and eye tracking.
Word Prediction - A cell can be programmed to display one of the word predictions. Mind Express can predict a word from the selection of individual characters or symbols on any page.
Email Module - Any message or letter that is created in Mind Express can be sent to any email address. Received messages can be opened and displayed or read aloud.
Text Messaging - Using the Mind Express SMS module and a suitable mobile phone or phone card, symbol based communicators can now send and receive text messages with their friends and families.
Versatile - As Mind Express works in a Windows environment, photos, drawings, videos and your own messages or recorded sounds can be used as part of everyday communication.

The Grid
Communication and computer access in The Grid are fully integrated, allowing some of the following possibilities:
- Helping the transition from communication with symbols to text
Grid Sets designed for symbol communication can be used for text communication in The Grid. This allows a user to move on and start spelling words, with the option to fall back on the symbol grid to find whole words to add to the text sentence. - Mixing communication with computer access
While writing a document or browsing the Internet using The Grid's on-screen keyboard, a user can switch into text communication and have a conversation, and then switch back to resume the previous task. - Type in Windows programs using symbols
Symbol grids can be used to enter text into other programs, allowing symbol users to write emails or long documents. This is particularly powerful in conjunction with Writing With Symbols 2000.

Speaking Dynamically Pro
Speaking Dynamically Pro® is dynamic text-based augmentative and alternative communication software that allows you to use a computer as a powerful speech-output device. Speaking Dynamically Pro is for individuals challenged with significant speech, language and learning disabilities and allows the capability to easily create and customize "talking" communication boards, as well as interactive educational applications that make the computer a student learning tool. Some of the features include word prediction, abbreviation expansion, human-sounding voices, text-to-speech, recorded (digitized) speech, pop-up boards, ability to link boards, random responses, auditory and visual scanning, animation and video capability and much more.
Boardmaker® software is a graphics program with more than 4,500 Picture Communication Symbols™ (PCS™) that allows educators and speech-language pathologists to print symbol-based communication and educational materials such as schedules, worksheets, reading and writing activities, game and song boards, communication boards, books and more. Each symbol is supported by 42 languages, can be searched in all languages, and placed in a board or activity with any of the languages. Symbols may be placed with no text, one language above the symbol, or any two languages above the symbol. Additional text in any language may be added to the symbol by the user. Easy to learn and easy to use, teachers and practitioners can begin creating customized curriculum in Boardmaker immediately by opening a template, choosing symbols and text, and printing.
Used together, Boardmaker with Speaking Dynamically Pro is the powerhouse augmentative and alternative communication software, and offers specific support for the MyTobii eye-tracking system.

MMedia Mixer
MMediaMixer is a multimedia tool. The program is very user-friendly and flexible. It can be used on different levels. Even younger children can create their own digital books and memory games, but it can also be used to create more complicated multimedia projects. Use MMediaMixer to create interactive projects, family albums, and exercises for fun, education or communication. It can be used in reading education, special education and preschool or in working with mentally handicapped people.
Add pictures from your digital camera or import images and pictograms from the Internet, Boardmaker and other applications. Sound can be recorded directly into your projects. Add text, speech bubbles, video, animations and page change effects. Make your projects interactive by using timelines, hot spots and buttons. Text can be read out with text-to-speech software, which is included in Windows XP. When the projects are packaged, they can be distributed without installing MMediaMixer. Projects can be packed on CD/DVD or sent as an email.
The program is prepared to work with Tobii eye trackers, but projects can also be controlled with switches, touch screen or "scanning", if the user is unable to use a mouse.
