Join an online meeting

Welcome

You have been invited to join an online meeting. Please download and run one of the programs below. Please have your session number provided by Tobii ready.

System requirements:

Windows PC, Internet connection, additionally you will need speakers and a microphone if you wish to be able to talk via the meeting software.

Instructions:

1. Click on one of the links above to download the meeting software. Either run the .exe file immediately or first save it to your computer and then run it.

2. In the Start Session dialogue enter the session number provided by Tobii.

3. Click Connect to enter the session.

4. A Control panel will appear on the right hand side of the screen which contains various trays that can be opened and closed, dropped anywhere on the screen, and resized as desired.

5. If you wish to be able to talk via the software please have your microphone and speakers connected to your computer before you run the .exe file. In the meeting software be sure to turn on the VoIP function.

6. To exit the meeting, just close the program by clicking on the x in the top right corner.
