Ad Tech Product & Business Development Director

By taking Tobii eye tracking into the ad tech industry you can answer the question of who – actually - viewed the published content. This helps you understand what parts of the content attracted the viewer, for how long the person viewed the ad and what details that did not catch the viewer’s eye.

The role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be the key player in taking eye tracking to the ad tech market. Taking eye tracking into the ad tech industry will challenge traditional KPIs and open up for the possibility to get accurate real time attention data, in order to make the most out of digital ads to attract the right target groups.

To achieve this, you will

  • Develop, be responsible of and set the strategy for the new ad tech department
  • Bring first products to market, establish business and iterate the offering in close collaboration with the initial customers
  • Together with internal stakeholders define, and fully own the feature set and functionality of the ad tech product and technology

We are looking for someone who

  • Has profound experience from the ad tech industry and ecosystem, including understanding of online advertising concepts
  • Understands modern ad technology, which includes ad-serving technology solutions
  • Has knowledge of mobile and/or online Rich Media platforms, mobile video and advanced tracking technologies
  • Is experienced in digital media planning/buying, trafficking, reporting and analytics
  • Has demonstrated success in client facing roles
