IT Support Technician

The role and responsibilities

We are growing so we need an awesome IT support technician to help us with all our IT, without great IT support we won't be able to help people in the way that we do. That’s why we are looking for a new superstar IT support technician to join our team to help us to become even better!

As our IT support technician, you will work closely with the other IT team members on advanced technical challenges.

Your days will be filled with

  • Supporting approximately 350 internal users with various types of IT matters. This includes user support for Windows, computers and different systems
  • Handling Skype for Business meetings including both video and voice
  • Taking care of 2nd and 3rd line support matters

We are looking for someone with

  • A minimum of 2 years experience from working within IT, preferably in a helpdesk or more in-depth support
  • Experience from working with installation and troubleshooting in Windows.
  • A pedagogical approach with a customer service attitude.
  • The ability to handle both experienced and inexperienced computer users.
  • A curious mind regarding most things in IT infrastructure and a love of new technology
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English.

We find it to be a strong merit if you have an educational background in IT. Also, if you have experience from working with Office365, Skype for Business, Sharepoint and knowledge of working with account management in Active Directory we would absolutely love that!
