Test sessions can be viewed remotely in real-time, including:
- Eye gaze displayed on stimulus
- User camera
- User sound
- Track status
You can perform remote logging over IP, and also start and stop tests remotely. Live information during testing enables assurance of recording quality, real-time monitoring and interpretation of results, as well as client demonstrations.
Coding scheme and event logging
Important events can be logged remotely while recording. Through event logging you will effectively keep track of important situations or events during the recording such as facial expressions or comments. The events are associated with the timeline in the Replay tool and are also searchable.
Certain types of events, such as mouse clicks, key presses, and page transitions, are automatically logged and displayed together with the manually logged events in the Replay tool.
