Account Manager, Tobii Pro Cloud Solutions

Tobii Pro North America is looking for a proven sales account manager who is looking to grow their career in the fast-growing B2B services market. You will play a pivotal role in the growth of our business in the North American market by acquiring new customers from large enterprises and mid-market corporations. You will be selling cutting edge cloud-based eye tracking products that Tobii Pro offers. These products help businesses enhance the effectiveness of their marketing and research efforts.

You will be responsible for successfully selling the Tobii Pro value proposition to inbound and own generated leads, primarily over the phone and online.

Responsibilities:

  • You will build a strong network of enterprise customers and open doors to the purchase of Tobii Pro's cloud-based products and services
  • You will manage your own funnel of opportunities to progress them through the sales cycle and provide accurate reporting and forecasting based on results at each stage
  • You will be part of a team of account managers and will work closely with inside sales to target new business
  • You will establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each key customer and drive continued value of Tobii Pro's products and services
  • You will leverage existing strategic relationships to increase product adoption as well as maintain and grow revenue within strategic enterprise accounts
  • You will consistently delight customers by providing them with the best customer experience with Tobii Pro

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in business, marketing, management, or similar
  • 3+ years of selling experience in enterprise B2B software, SaaS, or web services
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce and MS Office
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quota
  • Success selling to leading customers who trust and respect you
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. You are a strong listener, communicator, and presenter.
  • Hands on, high energy, passionate, know how to get things done
  • Experience working with remote team members
  • Experience in working with C-Level customers
  • Street smarts and high emotional intelligence
  • …and last but not the least, exceptional closing skills
