This is the right place at the right time! We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager for Tech Touch that will help us bring Customer Success Management to the next level. You will be responsible for engaging and growing our global customer base, helping customers increase the value of eye tracking research. You focus on executing and scaling our 1:many CSM activities.

You will be working within the newly formed (and fast growing) Customer Success and Development team which comprises of Customer Success Management, Education Services and Support Services.

Your days will be filled with

  • Customer Onboarding - Ensure successful product adoption through the engagement programs that you build
  • Customer Feedback – You follow up individual customers and help the organization to learn from it
  • Engagement – You create programs that activate and educate our end users
  • Customer check-ins – You follow up with selected customers to ensure they are successful
  • Expansion and Advocacy – You identify upsell opportunities and customer success stories
  • Demonstrate Value – You create programs that demonstrate the value of our solutions to our customers
  • Collaboration – You support other CSMs and other departments to drive Customer Success

We are looking for someone who

  • Is great at working with high-profile customers in a complex environment. E.g. proven by working in Customer Success Management, sales, support or another customer-facing role for at least three years, preferably within B2B and Tech
  • Has a degree in business studies, economics, IT, psychology, engineering or related field
  • Has effective and persuasive written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate technical concepts to users of all levels. Fluent in verbal and written English. Additional languages are a big plus
  • Loves digital tools and is proficient with CRM (Salesforce), engagement and automation tools for CSM, Marketing, Sales or business processes
  • Has a heart for science and an analytical mind
  • Cares deeply about customers
  • You think about sales without being sales. You are results-oriented and metrics like churn rate, NPS, CES or success indicator trigger a familiar nod and not a lot of question marks
