Customer Success Specialist

Tobii Pro supplies eye tracking-based solutions for testing and analysis purposes. Tobii’s solutions are used to develop and enhance product design and interface by giants like Google, Microsoft, Unilever and Sony. We’re looking for a skilled Customer Success Specialist to be the voice of our customers!  You will be responsible for the support, training, best practice coaching, and implementation process for our customers.  You will be reporting to the Director of Customer Success and Development as a part of our stellar Knowledge Team.  If you are a true people’s person who loves to amaze your customers, search no more, you just found your dream job!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be the driving force behind creating an even more customer-focused organization at Tobii Pro.

Your days will be filled with:

  • Gathering info from and about our customers; creating and reporting on key metrics and performance indicators to the organization
  • Coordinating the North America Customer Success strategy
  • Establishing and maintaining a process for increasing customer value, revenue, and competitiveness of Tobii Pro’s solutions
  • Working on the establishment, deployment, and training on the use of information systems

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least three years of experience in Customer Success Management, service delivery, or other active customer-facing position, preferably from a technology company
  • Has a four-year university degree in a technical, scientific, business, informational technology or related field
  • Has effective and persuasive written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate technical concepts to users of all levels
  • Is proficient with CRM (Salesforce) and eLearning/Learning Management Systems (Litmos, Docebo, others), Office 365/SharePoint
  • Has the ability to develop and use analytics to mine for actionable insights
  • Has a broad understanding of information technologies, sciences and technology, clinical, and manufacturing domains
