Junior IT Support with a customer service mindset

Do you like bugs in the woods but not in a computer? Are you a people person with a friendly, curious and problem-solving attitude? Do you also happen to have a love for new technology? Great! Because we are now looking to extend our stellar IT team with a Superstar Junior IT Support!

As our Junior IT Support, you will work closely with the IT team on solving technical challenges in a constantly growing organization. In the IT department at Tobii we believe that consistently amazing support service doesn’t happen by accident; it happens on purpose and when it comes down to it, it is all about genuinely caring for helping people.

Your days will be filled with

  • Supporting PC (Windows and Linux) and Mac computers.
  • Ensuring meeting room equipment is up and running.
  • Helping fellow colleagues with Skype for Business meetings.
  • Supporting your IT colleagues with various IT related issues.

In this role, you will have a great opportunity to develop your IT skills further and learn more about – for example – servers, networks and applications.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has an educational background in IT.
  • Truly enjoys helping others.
  • Has a love for IT and new technology.
  • Is fluent in both verbal and written English.

Experience from working within IT is meriting as well as experience from working with installation and troubleshooting in Windows, Mac and Linux.

Great experience is important to us, but we will put even more focus on company culture fit. You have a “can-do” attitude and you know that everything gets easier with a smile and a helping hand.
