We have an immediate need for a Manufacturing Production Technician in our Pittsburgh office. Our Pittsburgh office is located in the South Side. The Manufacturing Production Technician is directly involved in the assembly and sub-assembly of hardware products and devices and supports all aspect of manufacturing and repair processes. The Manufacturing Production Technician inspects materials, components, and production equipment and runs PCB tests to ensure products performs to standard.


  • Ensure that final product meets order specs and establish and maintain product quality control
  • Coordinate the validation of product with ECO
  • Operate and maintains test equipment
  • Train personnel on manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Prepare, maintain, and disseminate documents outlining production and repair orders
  • Engage and play a leading role in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain documentation
  • Add capacity levels when warranted
  • Switch between tasks and departments as needed
  • Perform various other tasks as assigned



  • 2-4 years’ experience in a manufacturing or a technical field
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing operations, assembly, and inspection


  • Ability to communicate with team
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to develop thorough documentation
  • Interpersonal and teaming skills


  • Advanced Excel skills
  • MS Office Word


  • Good working knowledge of manufacturing operations, assembly, and inspection
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose devices
  • Detail oriented


  • Ability to lift / move a minimum of 20 pounds
  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs
  • Able to sit, stand, and walk
  • Manual and finger dexterity
  • Able to feel and reach with arms and hands
  • Ability to work in an environment with moderate noise levels


  • Light manufacturing environment
  • Moderate noise level
