Sales Operations Coordinator 

We are searching high and low for a driven and energetic Sales Operation Coordinator to join our stellar sales team at Tobii Pro.

The perfect role for you who is passionate about the combination of people and great data quality! An active role where you will work cross departments, providing a key position to the team’s success while improving business efficiencies.

The role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the sales process after a customer has placed an order, closing orders in Salesforce and becoming a Salesforce superuser. You will additionally be utilizing your strong data analysis and problem-solving skills in order to spot market trends, and create customized dashboards and reports as required.

Your days will be filled with

  • Closing orders in Salesforce and coordinating with logistics and order management
  • Creating customized dashboards and reports related to Sales Performance metrics, market trends, revenues, subscription renewal rates, etc.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests
  • Be a key stakeholder in cleaning up data and evaluate usage models to enhance Salesforce platform effectiveness
  • Detect emerging customer and market trends to leverage sales efforts
  • Interacting with account managers, resellers and customers

We are looking for someone with

  • 2+ years of Sales Operations experience
  • 2+ years of business analysis highly preferred
  • 2+ years of experience hands on with Salesforce
  • Great social skills and high energy
