Senior Sales And Business Development Manager

Tobii Tech focuses on integrating Tobii’s core eye tracking technologies and user experiences into VR/AR headsets, laptops, games, smartphones, cars, and many more platforms and products. We’ve built a vibrant ecosystem for PC gaming and we are now rapidly expanding into the VR and AR space. Our current customers include Dell/Alienware, Acer, MSi, and Huawei. We partner with the world’s largest game studios for integrations into PC and VR games, including Ubisoft, Square Enix, Crystal Dynamics, and the like for integration into games such as The Division, Assassins Creed, Watch Dogs 2, DeusX and Tombraider.

The position of Senior Sales and Business Development Manager is part of the sales and business development team and reports to the VP of Sales and Business Development – US Silicon Valley office.


  • Be the lead point of contact for key OEM accounts and their organizations
  • Maintain and grow deep trusting relationships with key customers and partners in the OEM community, including but not limited to Oculus, Google, Microsoft, etc.
  • Create and formulate both long and short-term business plans to continually achieve growth targets
  • Negotiate contracts and close new design wins to meet both group and personal targets
  • Analyze customer needs, build business cases and opportunity for application of Tobii offerings
  • Facilitate sales activities between the customer and Tobii cross-functional teams (Sales Support Engineers, Demo Teams, Marketing, etc.)
  • Be an expert in performing demonstrations of eye tracking innovations in the PC gaming, VR/AR, and related fields
  • Prioritize, forecast, and track key OEM accounts and report regularly to Executive Team on account status
  • Advise internally to offer better products and services to further drive growth
  • Regular travel to key accounts in North America and occasionally internationally

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Passion and vision for the latest tech & gadgets, and a drive to apply these tools to delight customers in unexpected ways
  • Strong ability to tell a story and paint a compelling vision for the customer
  • PC gaming or similar industry experience and extensive industry contacts is highly preferred
  • Enthusiasm for, and demonstrated success in, closing deals in customer-facing roles
  • Experience and/or a keen interest in virtual and augmented reality
  • Clear ability to effectively influence across all levels of customer organizations
  • BA/BS degree in business or science
