Tobii Tech focuses on integrating Tobii’s core eye tracking technologies and user experiences into VR/AR headsets, laptops, games, smartphones, cars, and many more platforms and products. We’ve built a vibrant ecosystem for PC gaming and we are now rapidly expanding into the VR and AR space. If you want to be one of the pioneers that take eye-based interactions to new, exciting mass markets, we may have just the job for you!
Eye Tracking enables new human to computer experiences that make the device aware of you- a device that has previously been blind. Tobii eye tracking is improving the way we interact with computers in a way that no one could expect a few years back. How can you contribute to our success? By measuring it!
There has recently been an explosive interest around integrating eye tracking into games and devices, and we are looking for a Data Analyst to strengthen our UX team!
As a Data analyst, you will dig into quantitative behavioral data to draw conclusions on how our products are used and how to best measure success metrics. An important part is being able to communicate well with stakeholders to both understand their needs and to explain what conclusions you draw as actionable metrics. You will also explore new areas for research based not only on your findings but also on qualitative research by fellow UX researchers in your team.
In this position, you will be:

Are you a Daenerys Targaryen of spoken word? Great, because we’d love to see an excellent communicator! If you also have a passion for gaming that is a plus, as being able to understand gamers is an advantage for this job.
At Tobii, we believe that our diversities are what strengthen us. Regardless if you walk around in high heels or prefer to go barefoot; if you’re a huge gamer or if you haven’t played a game since Pacman was released; if you like fika or if you never even understood what the Swedes mean with that. It is the pride and happiness in what we do that make us come together. Our joint passion for sharing new ideas and our belief in our products is what makes us a unique workplace and what makes us the Tobii family.
Please address your questions to Michaela McCarthy, firstname.lastname@example.org and submit your resume through our website as soon as possible. Please note that due to vacation the response time will be longer than usual. Interviews will be held in August.
