Dr. Zoe Wimshurst
Senior Lecturer Psychology, School of Rehabilitation, Sport and Psychology
Dr. Wimshurst has over 15 years of experience in elite sport, helping athletes develop their eyes and brain to give them that crucial performance edge. As well as continuing to work directly with athletes and teams, she now also uses her skills and experience as a Chartered Psychologist to help both businesses and individuals enhance performance through delivery of masterclasses and 1-2-1 performance coaching.
John Connolly
PhD candidate, Leeds Becket university
John is a PhD candidate exploring VR’s use in sport coaching based in Southampton FC’s academy through Leeds Beckett University. He graduated from the University of Limerick in 2020 with a Bachelors in ‘Sport and Exercise Science’. It was during this degree that he developed a passion for understanding human behaviour, decision making and visual exploratory activity.
Dr. Peter Reuter
Sales Director, EMEA Research customers, Tobii
Peter is the Sales Director for Research Customers in EMEA at Tobii. He is also the Associate Professor of Sustainable Equestrianism at Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences. Peter has combined his passion for horses and research with his competence for eye tracking technology. He is currently working with Inga Wolframm, bringing forward her research on behaviour change, cognition, attention, and decision making in the (international) equine sector as well as supporting students with their thesis work. Peter received his PhD in the field of Neuroscience working on an experimental stroke therapy.
Andreu Oliver
Account Manager, Scientific Research, Tobii
Andreu is the Account Manager for Tobii, covering UK and Ireland. He has been working with eye tracking for 10 years in different positions. His background is in cognitive psychology and he did his PhD in Attention distribution and information processing. He has specialized in the integration of eye tracking and other measures like EEG or psychophysiological data and in the use of eye tracking as an early diagnostic tool for ASD.
