In this presentation, Dr. Jörg Mühlhans, shares his study that has investigated the influence of music on gaze behavior, as well as the visual information on musical perception by means of various manipulations. Apart from the hypothesis that the musical tempo might have an influence on the duration of fixations and the dress color might influence the perception of loudness, tempo, or professionalism, a lot of other interesting effects have been discovered through exploratory data analysis.
