Solutions for

Training and skills assessment

Transferring expertise from skilled employees to new staff is essential for maintaining standards and preserving specialist skills. But embedded knowledge can be difficult to visualize, and even harder to articulate in training procedures. We use eye tracking to capture hidden skills and help organizations improve training, procedures, and quality.

Wearable, wherever

Sometimes, the only way to get powerful insights is to capture behavior and decision-making as it happens. Tobii Glasses X lets you witness first-person perspectives of real people in real contexts. Build a clear picture of professional performance, employee, and user behavior — wherever they are, whatever they’re doing through our easy-to-use software, Glasses Explore.

Trusted by industry leaders and innovators

Understanding human behavior will benefit aviation safety, space exploration, and enable safe, autonomous flight.
We are constantly looking for novel data sources to measure and analyze player performance. Tobii's hardware and software does just that - delivering accurate and robust data that allow us to gain a new perspective on how players perceive and process visual stimuli.
The accuracy and efficiency of the inspection process has been improved, the eye tracker has proven useful for training. We have halved the training time for new hires.
This is the first time we can actually get data on visual human information collection…and we can use this data to optimize training procedures, we can also optimize operative procedures.
The average training time is one full week, and we hope these study results and video will save us two days per employee. Ideally, this would save us about 400 hours of training time per year in that department.
In the future, we’d like to expand the use of eye tracking not only in the manufacturing department but also in the development department. We want to use it as foundational data for the full automation of the production line. We also hope to actively introduce the benefits of eye tracking to our overseas factories.
Eye tracking can take us to the next level of understanding of what we should change or correct to reach more details in our standardized work
