Eye tracking insights in training and assessment Q3 2024

Eye tracking technology has significantly enhanced research in training and assessment, providing objective insights into hazard identification, nontechnical skills, and attention management. In construction safety, eye tracking helped tailor training to individual learning styles, while in trauma simulations, it offered unbiased evaluations of leadership skills. Additionally, it revealed expert attention strategies in manufacturing, highlighting its role in understanding adaptive behaviors.
